GIVING
Your gift of tzedakah sustains KKBE and helps us ensure the strenght of Reform Judaism in Charleston for generations to come.
We have many named funds to which donors can add gifts in memory of and in honor of friends and family. To view the list of our eligible funds and donate, please visit: https://kkbe.shulcloud.com/donate1.html
In addition to our named funds and one off donations, we have four ways donors can support KKBE annually:
- Mitzvah Membership is an Annual Giving program which provides funding to help close the gap between membership dues and expenses, a challenge at all synagogues. Annual contributions touch all aspects of our congregational family and we are extremely grateful for your support.
- High Holy Day Patrons
Support the additional expenses of the High Holy Days to enable our clergy and staff to create a meaningful and spiritual experience for our congregants and guests. Donors are recognized in the High Holy Day programs. - Yom Kippur Memorial Book
Our special Yizkor Memorial Book is a wonderful way to remember loved ones at Yom Kippur. - Lowcountry Nosh: Charleston Jewish Food and Heritage Festival
The Lowcountry Nosh is Charleston premier Jewish food and heritage festival, held annually on the Second Sunday in November. Sponsorships help underwrite the expenses associated with our community-wide celebration of Jewish food, music and culture. Sponsors are recognized in promotional materials as well as at the event.
If you would like to discuss your gift, please contact our executive Director Mark Swick at director@kkbe.org.
Kahal Kadosh Beth Elohim is a 501(c)(3) religious organization (Tax ID #57-0406806) and donations are tax deductible to the full extent allowable by law.
