2015-2016 KKBE Sisterhood Board2015-2016 KKBE Sisterhood Board

Sisterhood brings women together to cultivate and promote Jewish values and causes through spiritual and educational activities.  We are women of all ages bonded by three factors:  we are women, we support the tenets of Reform Judaism and we support Kahal Kadosh Beth Elohim.

The organization now known as the Sisterhood of Kahal Kadosh Beth Elohim was created in the late 1800’s. In the early 1900’s, Sisterhood became affiliated with the Women of Reform Judaism (WRJ) and the National Federation of Temple Sisterhoods.

As we learn and serve, we share friendship, fun, and gain a sense of belonging. Sisterhood promotes and maintains the good will of the community at large, serving Jewish and humanitarian causes, as well as assisting the Congregation in all of its endeavors.
